Russell has over 29 years of investment experience and used to head up the discretionary investment management team for his old group, the Wixon Olin Financial group for more than 17 years. He recently transitioned away from the investment side back to what he loves doing best - working directly with clients. Russell has held the title of Managing Director - Investments since 2008 and in 2006 was recognized as a Premier Advisor, a designation held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors as measured by business production, completion of educational components and professionalism. Russell was named a Five Star Wealth Manager* in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration, and is also a Harvard University and Stanford School of Business continuing education graduate. He is involved in a number of charities, and believes that involvement in local communities and supporting national charities is vital. Russell has two daughters, lives in Walnut Creek and enjoys golfing and spending time with friends and family.
